BYK P 4100 - Processing additive for filled thermoplastic compounds, as well as for PVC plastisols and PVC calendering.

Application: BYK-P 4100 is a surfactant processing aid for use in filled thermoplastic compounds. During the compounding process, the additive reduces the required torque. Increases productivity and melt volumetric velocity (MVR). The finished part has improved tensile strength, elastic modulus, and above-notch toughness. Print quality has been improved.

DISPERPLAST-1148 – Wetting and dispersing additive for PVC plastisols for better integration of inorganic pigments and fillers. Increases color intensity, minimizes sedimentation and prevents plasticizer separation.

Application: DISPERPLAST-1148 reduces the viscosity of pigmented and filled PVC plastisols. Particularly recommended for inorganic fillers, zinc oxide and foaming agents (azodicarbonamide). The product provides higher solids content, improves pigment color intensity and reduces dispersion time. This also prevents the plasticizer from separating. The tendency for subsidence is reduced.

BYK 9076—Solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings, adhesives, PVC plastisols, room temperature-curing resin systems, and for the production of color masterbatches for thermoplastics. Particularly recommended for carbon black pigments.

BYK MAX CT 4260—Filosilicate for use as a flame retardant synergist for halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastics and to improve the physical and barrier properties of thermoplastic compounds.

SCONA TPPP 9112 GA—Binding agent for polypropylene fillers and fiberglass compounds.
Application: SCONA TPPP 9112 GA is a highly effective binding agent for PP compounds with glass fibers (short, long) and fillers (ATH, Mg(OH)2, CaCO3) even in low doses. Improves mechanical properties and does not lead to discoloration of the joint.

SCONA 20097- Binding agent for fillers and fiber-reinforced polypropylene composites to ensure superadhesion to the matrix. Compatibilizer for polypropylene mixtures with polar polymers to improve mechanical and optical properties.
Application: SCONA 20097 is a polymer modifier based on polypropylene homopolymer, functionalized with a high content of maleic anhydride. Has excellent wetting properties due to its very low viscosity. The additive is an excellent compatibilizer for blends of polypropylene and polar polymers such as polyamides and ethylene vinyl alcohol, and improves the dispersion of the polar polymer material. This results in improved mechanical and optical properties of the compatible material. It also acts as an excellent coupling agent for short and long glass fiber reinforced polyolefins and improves their physical, mechanical and thermal properties.
